Tom Lam
Founder
Tom is a seasoned executive in the IT industry with over 18 years of experience at Wacom China, where he held various leadership roles culminating in his position as CEO.
During his tenure, Tom played a pivotal role in driving the company's transformation and achieving remarkable success, including significant revenue growth and market expansion.
Following his successful run at Wacom, Tom chose to pivot his career towards consulting and advisory roles, focusing on helping businesses scale their operations and expand their presence in international markets.

Harry Xia
CEO
Harry is an accomplished executive with a strong background in leadership and operations across various prominent companies. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of AiXel-Labs, having recently been appointed to the role, and he has been the Chief Executive Officer of Tusmake since 2018. In his position at Tusmake, Harry has driven strategic initiatives and fostered innovation.
Prior to that, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Shenzhen Jingde Ruici China Limited from 2015 to 2018, where he played a crucial role in optimizing operations and enhancing organizational efficiency.
Harry also has significant experience as the Managing Director of Artron Group Limited, where he worked from 2004 to 2015, helping to steer the company towards substantial growth and industry recognition.

Joanna Cheung
Cofounder/Director
Joanna is an accomplished Director with extensive experience in the technology and business acceleration industry, specializing in the Chinese and Asian markets. She has a proven track record of identifying strategic opportunities and driving growth for both startups and established companies. Her expertise encompasses valuation, business strategy, real estate, private equity, and fixed income, which allows her to craft and implement effective strategies tailored to organizational goals. Joanna's analytical skills are grounded in her academic background, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University.
Recognized for her leadership abilities, Joanna fosters collaboration among cross-functional teams and is passionate about mentoring emerging leaders in the industry. She is dedicated to empowering the next generation of business professionals by sharing her insights and experiences. Joanna's adaptability and commitment to excellence have made her a prominent figure in her field. Fredrick Ip
Cofounder/Director
Frederick is a seasoned banker, having served in HSBC, DBS and OCBC in HK, Beijing, Shanghai and Guaugzhou for more than 30 years. He had taken up various senior executive roles such as Branch GM, Corporate Heads in Central, and Northern China and Executive Committiee Member of DBS & OCBC China.
He has strong and practical experience in providing banking and financial services to clients and assisted top tier SOEs and POEs in China to develop overseas markets via fund raising, acquisition and corporate structuring. Due to his background, he is familiar with market practices in China and overseas, in particular, HK and SE Asia markets. With full insurance license in HK, he also provides wealth management solutions to corporate founders and general insurance advice to clients in areas such as export credit, product risk insurance, etc.

Maureen Ng
Cofounder/Director
Maureen is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in the IT and internet sectors, specializing in large enterprise management and equity fund investment.
She formerly served as the Vice President and Executive Committee Member of Netcom Broadband. Currently, she is a Partner at Broadband Capital and the Executive Director of Cloud Base, where she follows a "fund + base" investment management model. In this role, Maureen is responsible for researching and implementing cloud computing and big data projects, overseeing post-investment management, and managing daily operations.
As a Partner at Big Data Lab, Maureen focuses on seed-stage and early-stage investments in cloud computing and big data. Since 2013, she has contributed to 13 investments, including notable companies like Datatang (831428) and Huayuan Data, both listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ). The fund has achieved an impressive performance, with two successful exits and a fair value approximately four times its original investment.
