AiXel-Labs Deepens Engagement at Industry Forum

Tom Lam, Founder of AiXel-Labs, Invited as a Keynote Speaker at Tech Incubator High-Quality Development Forum

Shenzhen recently hosted a high-quality development forum for technology incubators, organized by the Shenzhen Association of Tech Enterprise Incubators. Under the theme “Thoughts on High-Quality Development Paths for Tech Incubators Under New Conditions,” the forum brought together government leaders, industry experts, and top institutional representatives, including Li Nan, Director of the Torch Center at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; Head of Shenzhen’s Industry Park Office; Li Jun, Chairman of Beihang Tianhui Incubator; and Tom Lam, Founder of AiXel-Labs.

During his remarks, Tom shared AiXel-Labs’ proven cross-border technology incubation approach and the results it has delivered—grounded in the company’s operations in Hong Kong. He highlighted how AiXel-Labs leverages Hong Kong’s position as an international hub for science and innovation, while aligning resources across the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area. The result is a full-chain service system: “Cross-Border Incubation—Resource Alignment—Industry Implementation.” In frontier fields such as biomedicine and artificial intelligence, this enables a truly two-way growth pathway—connecting Hong Kong’s university research, international capital, and Mainland industry resources to help innovation-driven ventures scale faster and more effectively.

Tom also emphasized AiXel-Labs’ perspective on the next stage of high-quality development: incubators should go beyond delivering basic support and instead build distinctive capabilities. Through cross-border collaboration, strategic resource integration, and ecosystem co-building, incubators can give startups a stronger platform for growth and real-world commercialization.

With a strong focus on collaboration and exchange, the forum created valuable opportunities for AiXel-Labs to deepen cooperation with peer organizations. Looking ahead, AiXel-Labs will continue to expand its cross-border technology incubation efforts, actively participate in industry exchanges, and bring more high-quality international resources and innovation insights into the Greater Bay Area. The company will also coordinate with key Southern China hubs such as Nansha and Huizhou to help accelerate the landing and growth of promising projects—injecting fresh momentum into the region’s technology innovation ecosystem.
